Ceifa IT Services Inc. was founded in Burnaby, BC in 2023. In 2025 we acquired Regroove, a Microsoft consultancy that had been delivering Microsoft projects since 1993 and holding Microsoft partner status since 2001. Regroove now operates as part of Ceifa: the same consultants, the same certifications, one group. So the company is young and the practice behind it is not, and where this site cites experience going back to 1993, that is Regroove's record and now ours.

Most Microsoft consultants treat a project as a box to check: deploy the tenant, migrate the data, close the engagement. We started Ceifa on the belief that the real value of Microsoft 365 only emerges 6, 12, 24 months after go-live, when the environment has been tuned to how people actually work.
That philosophy shapes everything we do: how we scope projects, how we run coaching, how we measure success. Our longest client relationships span over a decade, not because we make ourselves hard to leave, but because we keep delivering value as the Microsoft platform evolves.

Entries before 2023 are Regroove's, the consultancy Ceifa acquired in 2025 and now operates as part of the group.

Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement practice launched.
